COVID-19 Updates

The health, safety, and well-being of our patients, providers, and staff is our top priority. We have implemented additional safety measures, which includes a strict cleaning protocol throughout the day. The reception area, waiting area, bathroom, patient rooms, all surfaces, doorknobs, and light switches, etc. will be thoroughly cleaned prior to opening, between patient visits, and at the end of each day. All staff will be screened for illness prior to starting each day and will wear personal protective equipment while seeing patients.

The following safety measures have been implemented to protect everyone’s well-being:

  • If you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms and/or have a temperature of 100 degrees or greater, we ask that you contact us to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you have come in contact with anyone in the past 14 days who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • We ask that all patients wash their hands thoroughly or use hand sanitizer prior to arriving.

  • The building owners require all patients wear a mask while in the building as well as while in our office.

  • Scheduled appointments have been adjusted to minimize time in the waiting area and allow for adequate social distancing. When you arrive, please call the office before coming in (913-491-9777). If you arrive early for your appointment time, please wait in your car and come into the office at your scheduled time. If you are late, we will need to reschedule the appointment since our providers need to closely adhere to the schedule.

  • Please arrive alone for your appointment and bring in minimal possessions.

  • Upon arrival, temperatures of all patients will be taken. If above 100 degrees, we will need to reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. You will also be asked screening questions regarding your recent health and potential exposure to COVID-19.

We appreciate all of you and your willingness to help us as we try to move through this time of crisis and regain our lives again.
